Vibrating Screening Ore Clay Separation Sorting Dry Wet Mud Stone Separator
Working principle:
The vibration screening ore clay separation is driven by the motor to drive the linkage shaft of the multi-stage device to perform regular turning motion. The discs configured on the roller are used to move the material forward. The screen surface is composed of many linearly arranged rotating discs. There are equal screen discs arranged on the roller. The roller rotates through the gear-driven wheel chain transmission. Its rotation direction is consistent with the flow direction of the raw material. There is a gap between the shafts to determine the size of the separated material. The irregular wear-resistant device embedded in the shaft lifts the large-size material to move forward; the two materials running at different speeds begin to operate axially when they meet at a certain place on the screen surface, and are separated under the action of vibration and centrifugal force. The working efficiency of screening is improved, and the small particle material falls into the separator and is sent out by the belt conveyor. It overcomes the problem of screen sticking and blocking when various vibrating screens screen relatively wet materials, and improves the output and reliability of the separation system. If the mud and stone separator is equipped with a belt conveyor, it will be transported to the designated location by the conveyor. Different internal structures can be designed according to different materials and actual site conditions. Multi-axis linkage can be used, and the gap between the axes can be adjusted. The separated soil and stones are collected or discharged through different outlets, thus completing the mud and stone separation process.
